PC1600 and PC2100 are just industry buzz words used for DDR specs. It refers to the amount of theoretical bandwidth each one has (1.6G vs 2.1G). Basically, PC1600 is just a 100(200) MHz DDR module and PC2100 is a 133(266) MHz DDR module.
