My motherboard seems to have died on my computer at home. It has regular PC133 SDRAM, and with the prices of memory rising, I was kinda hoping not to have to purchase new memory at this time. Anyway, I would like to purchase one of the DDR motherboards (KT266A) that would allow me to upgrade to DDR in the near future, but from what I understand, the DDR slots will not take regular old SDRAM different pins). Well, a buddy at work is swearing that this can be done and that he has done it...I just don't know if I believe him. Can the DDR motherboards support old PC133 SDRAM or not? Otherwise, I will just purchase a KT133A motherboard and go on with life.
Thanks
