why don't you go to a paint shop and have the aluminm powder coated? if you aren't overclocking you don't need them but for show - some high temp powdercoat would look dope if you are going for show.

Function looks prettier than form to us old fogies. This is sexier than any fluorescent system with swirly whirl fans and a shoopty doo case:A layer of paint over heatspreaders will make them white, but would also insulation them to a certain degree, hindering their original purpose of expelling heat from the modules.
