You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and 15 years or older and 18 years or younger at the time of entry.

Do they actually ask you for your age at any point?

HarvardAce - I didn't see that (I guess I should have read the stuff at the first - for all I know I just promised to be a crash test dummy for ford) but they never asked for anything but your name and email address.
