For the bold: some report success buying gift cards (ebay, bestbuy, steam) with or without at least $20 of merchandise which is not from an excluded category. Forever stamps are popular. See some saying they can buy $80 in ebay gift cards + 20 in some other gift card, then drain the ebay gift card right away on another deal. Bit of a feeding frenzy. Could get ugly if Paypal/Ebay corrects the charges.
