If this is true I feel sorry for the idiots who used their debit/check card for this. You should NEVER EVER EVER USE YOUR DEBIT/CHECK CARD FOR INTERNET PURCHASES!
If your debit card has the Visa logo you have the same protection as if you used a Visa credit card. Really no need to call people idiots either.

I called them today, 9:30am EST but apparently their business hours are 8am-5pm PST.. so I sent an email to them. Hope they reply. If not, I gotta call them again lol and hopefully no answering machine.
I still want to know why they charged my credit card for a "Cancelled Order"
