those unethical scums. My AMEX blue was charged, like many others, right after I placed the order. After zero feedback from them, I called yesterday during business hours, only to get an answering machine...I emailed through the website..no response. So today I complained through the yahoo feature. I just now received this email from our lovely resellers:
Your order was cancelled and credit back to your card. The reason it
was cancelled because the coupon you used was invalid. The credit will show up on your card in a
few days.

Thank you for your response. That was the first and only time that I choose YouCanSave.com. After I placed the order, I found scores of complaints about your company on several consumer-friendly web sites. I received no notice of cancellation until I complained about the charge on my card and the lack of product.
