Awwwww WEAK! Guess I'm one of the suckers! I thought I jumped early on a deal for the first time! NOPE! GOT JIPPED! My order was cancelled yesterday, and my credit card was charged today! Now I have to take time out of my life to dispute this crap.

They also canceled my order, I called & they said they would refund the money. Something about coupon code not valid.

i'm so pissed off :|

they charged my card even though the order was cancelled. i called and the CSR said that she would credit back my card. so what, if i never called, they wouldn't credit back my card?? :|

i'll definitely file many complaints about this company and their business practices.

I guess I was one of the somewhat lucky ones. I placed an order sunday and it has been cancelled. But I checked my Amex Blue and my credit card was never charged. Those people are definately crooks.

Just a lil post up on my credit card charges.

I filed a complaint with Youcansave.com with Yahoo(Provided by the link, thx =) ) and only after that did Youcansave finally contacted me back. They emailed me back saying the coupon code is invalid and that they will refund my charges onto my credit card. I think they should have refunded me back beforehand and not made me file a complaint first.

Well,.. if anyone else out there got screwed with Credit charges for "Cancelled Order" you may want to file a complaint with Yahoo to get your money back.

wait... so was everyone's order cancelled? i never got any email or word from them about order cancellation. i just dug up this old thread to see if anyone actually recieved their order. wtf is going on? :|

spankyOO7 - Yep everyone's order was cancelled with NO E-MAIL NOTIFICATION or PHONE CALLS, you will only get a refund if you request one.

those unethical scums. My AMEX blue was charged, like many others, right after I placed the order. After zero feedback from them, I called yesterday during business hours, only to get an answering machine...I emailed through the website..no response. So today I complained through the yahoo feature. I just now received this email from our lovely resellers:

Your order was cancelled and credit back to your card. The reason it
was cancelled because the coupon you used was invalid. The credit will show up on your card in a
few days.

What should i do??


I check my online AMEX statement daily and i see that i was charged for both of my seperate orders (using an amex private payments # of course) today. I was chrarged the discounted price with the coupon on each on the day of my order---but it only shows up today.

Does this mean they are going to ship them??? Or should I call to find out what is going on and try to get a refund????

I laugh not because you got burned like others, but because you seemed so pissed about it.


How can someone be so pissed trying to get something for basically free when it has scam written all over those previous reviews??? All you have to do is call your credit card company while it might cost your credit card company more than you. I love to see this happen to people who act like you.

I never did request a refund, just checked my CitiBank cc online and it shows a $6.20 refund from YouCanSave.com on 7/29 back dated to 7/26.

That took them long enough.
