Nope, didn't get charged! And the gtwaccessories site is showing CANCELLED when I enter my order #.

I'm thinking I probably ought to try sending in for the rebate anyway, just in case they get wise and decide to charge my card.

Hi, all!

I've just checked my rebate status at www.wheresmyrebate.com and the status was marked
"DENIED" with additional comments of

INVALID. INCOMPLETE OR ALTERED RECEIPT
NO TRANS #-

I cannot understand this!!!
Gateway CSR told me that their email notification will serve as my receipt.
I have sent out both printed email receipt and the original packing slip
from UPS along with the UPC barcode and the rebate form!!!

What should I do? Please help...

My rebate has been "denied" because they say that it was not purchased within the rebate time frame of 7/15/02~8/15/02..:disgust:
I had ordered this drive on 8/09/02. Can we help it if they shipped late?

I sent in for the rebate, but it's not even showing up on wheresmyrebate.com (although 2 previous rebates are on there).

Ok, My rebate is now showing "approved". With a delivery date of 11/19/02. Check yours here..
If you get denied call the number @ the bottom of your rebate, they will ask you to fax in your info again..:disgust:

If TCA Rebates think that they can mess with us?? Then they better think again..

Damn, my rebate got denied. They are using the ship date as the purchase date.
I guess I'll have to call and complain.
