I think I only ordered one. Tried twice with google checkout and once just thru zales checkout. all three were rejected, called the credit card company and evidently driving between PA and GA threw up a flag. once that got cleared up I think it went.

theres a new review for the product and its BAD, said it's cloudy and bad quality. I wonder if it's like half a scam, putting up an expensive "original price" and dropping it to get rid of crappy quality diamonds.

I got two pairs - one princess cut and one round cut. Both look decent to me - no obvious issues that I can see. Although I will admit I know absolutely nothing about diamonds or jewelery.

I received two pairs today, Tuesday.

They both are shiny.....none of the cloudy complaints as posted on the company website.

I did notice two things on the one pair:
1. the one earring had the screw back but the other one didn't!!!!
2. one round solitaire looks 'bigger' than its pair - my eyes playing tricks on me?

Mine also arrived this afternoon. Gotta give them a :thumbsup: for fast shipping.

The quality doesn't look great however. I'm gonna take them to see a jeweler friend and look at them through their "diamond scope" and see just how bad they really are. Since they're from Zale's, I think I can just return them to the local store in the mall if I decide not to keep them.

So I called the central customer service that the one earring of one pair didn't have a 'screw' back. It came with a plain 'push' back.

The woman on the phone mentioned that they don't ship accessories, such as the screw back, by itself. I need to mail the entire set then they would mail it back to me.....hoping that nothing's missing. Kinda screwy, no pun intended.

So I called the local Zales store. The guy on the phone gave me the run-around. Conversation was almost a full hour. Bottomline is that he does not want to promise that they will have in stock a screw back for that particular earring. "I thought all white gold earring screwbacks would be almost generic/universal."
Here's the best part:
He then suggested that I should return the pair with the missing screwback for a refund then order the same pair and hope that it's complete and without defects. As if I really expect them that I can get the same pair at the 'hot deal' price of $99.99??

What kind of customer service is this?!?!?

In all honesty, I didn't figure these would be the highest quality. Obviously, they were priced at $99. for a reason...BUT, I was hoping they'd be better than they appear to be.
