well i called my local comp usa and they do, do it prepay for pny to get 30 % off even the 6800!!, i don't want to go to the local comp usa store because i don't have a car, need to hitch a ride there. So Garden City, NY also can do it.

I called him as he walked in the door at 10:00 AM if he would have been late or early I was screwed, It was perfect timing I guess, He also knew that there would be more calls comming , He really had no complaints about getting more, but hes has other jobs todo then take 1000 orders for a video card. Just keep trying to call back, He might be out on lunch!

i just talked to a guy that said he could try to manually order it but by the time they bill it the rebate will be expired so it might charge at full price. Im guessing hes gonna order it without the 30% off but not sure. Anyone know if you can do a return on a order that was done over the phone? Can you just take it to any store and do a return?

Is the web item #313398 the same as the instore item #? I gave a call to the local store and was told it was a web only product, they wouldnt even be carring it in the store. I want to find out if the # is different or they are giving me the run around.

umm, if I was going to order one of these, especially the 6800UT, I would check the FS/FT forums for Compusa GC's-- I know at least one guy is selling a $300 one over there.
