Just go to TigerDirect and put in your tracking number. Mine says this:
' To Drop Shipper - Your order being submitted to third-party warehouse for fulfillment and delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipment. '

Just spoke with Megan at the Marketbuilder phone number (1-800-480-3300) about my issue. I signed up earlier this morning with my company's URL and got through the whole account creation process. But when I go back to login, it says the login isn't valid. When I use the "Forgot your password?" link, it sends me an email saying that I don't have a profile.
I signed up 2 additional times, making it all the way though the process, and the same thing happens. Can't login.
Megan said she had just received a note from her manager, who got a note from the IT department, that the servers are going extremely slow and they are looking into the source (apparently they haven't heard of the Anandtech effect). She said she had a message early this morning saying that they hoped to have it resolved by 11:00, but it's now 3:00 (west coast). So apparently they are unaware of what's really happening.
I occassionally get through to the main page, but still can't login. Not sure if I want to go through the process of creating another profile. :\ My guess is that there's a hitch between their webserver and the backend database. It's taking the information, but not populating the database for login. Just a guess. Good luck to those of us still trying to get in.
