Well thats very cool, although I'll be the first to complain about it not being a XXL (when I get it tomorrow)! My superheroesque physique requires a little more room. But I'm sure someone will appreciate it when I give it to them.

I finally received an email back from AMD concerning the rest of us who did not get in on the deal. It does not matter to them that we registered and could not take the test or anything else. The answer sucks!
The server issues have been rectified. However, at this time your company is not eligible to participate in the AMD Employee Purchase Program as required by the Official Rules limiting eligibility to ?employees of AMD Solution Provider members at the gold or platinum level companies?.

How does AMD's answer suck? I've been watching this thread from the beginning. I didn't even bother trying to get the motherboard and processor. Why? Because I read the official rules and while I admit that don't know what a gold or platinum member of AMD market builder is, I guarantee the consulting company I work for is neither. Anyone who tried to (or did) exploit this offer knowing full well that they weren't eligible is in my opinion no better than the eBay dirtbags who do this sort of thing all the time for a quick buck.
You lied and cheated to get the deal and when AMD says "Sorry, you aren't eligible" you have the audacity to flare up in self-righteous indignation? AMD doesn't owe us anything. Neither does Intel, nor any other company for that matter. Why does people's morality fly right out the window as soon as they think they can cheat to save a buck? Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't raised that way. Personally, I'm glad AMD had the tenacity to tell it like it is.

And you need to go read the whole thread again before you start writing words you will regret. THe rules that were on the site stated if you were and enthusiast it was for you too. Maybe if you had tried to register, you would have seen those rules. We had no way of knowing the rules were hacked at the time. These posted rules are not the same. Check your facts before you start in on me! AND I AM TELLING IT LIKE IT IS!
