The thing is they are taking huge amount of orders, but are not prepared to handle it. I've been to the store and it is small, just give'em some time. Last time i went, there were under remodeling too.

I got the same message that everyone else did about the difference between billing and shippping addreses even though I had done this before. I sent them an email message that I had added a secondary billing address (my shippping address) to my credit card as they had requested.

Well, I guess I got lucky in the way that I ordered my two cases: I also ordered 4 case fans in addition to the two cases, and I just got an email confirmation with all the UPS tracking numbers for all the parts.

So I guess I got lucky in that the fans probably got me both cases - maybe they figured that I would cancel some of the fans if they didn't give me both cases that they were going into.

Well this may be a good lesson learned for future deals - add in some legitimate items that are reasonably priced besides the "deal items" to let the vendor know that you're just not raping them for all the "loss leaders"...

The shipment is on the way to me now.

I still haven't heard from them. I emailed them twice and they haven't gotten back to me!

Arg...this is getting frustrating.

I ordered from them on the 4th and haven't heard a peep. It's now the 9th!

I'm going to call them this afternoon and get things straightened out!

I have received the same credit card shipping address e-mail like some of the people here. I used the same card and same shipping address before and had no problem.
I have the shipping address addeded to the credit card and e-mail them right away.
I have sent e-mail to them and ask for status for 7 days (one e-mail a day) with no response. When I finally sent an e-mail to cancel. they reply that within hours.

I will not recommend this company to anyone anymore.

Well I finally got them on the phone 10 minutes ago and the guy I spoke with (sorry didn't get his name) was actually very helpful. I wanted to try one last time to get the discounted case and other items I needed, but honestly thought I was going to have to cancel my order. We talked for a few minutes and I changed my shipping address to my billing address to get over THAT hurdle, added an SVC GC68 to the order, and he said that it should ship out today or tomorrow. Now, if SVC actually keeps their word on this I'll be willing to give them another shot as my main heatsink & rounded cable provider because those prices are tough to beat. Hope it works out for everyone else who's waiting to be contacted.

I just checked my card statement online and I have NOT been credited the $29.23. This is getting worse and worse.

That would really piss me off if they told me that they're out of cases, but there are personal accounts of there being plenty of cases at the B&M. Also, them not crediting your card really, really sucks.

Received only one of the two cases I ordered. Left the e-mail with SVC. Guess I can live with getting credited the missing case + 1/2 the shipping. Originally wanted one, then decided that the shipping reduction was worth getting 2. Of course, after ordering two - I found a perfect "need" for the second one so this is still a bummer.

May need to start processing my VISA complaint right now if my experience is similar to a few others listed above.

Ordered last tuesday, finally got my tracking number on saturday. The tracking number gives me an error on the UPS site though. Anybody else have this problem? I emailed SVC about it tonight but no reply yet.

Ordered last Sunday, they shipped my 2 cases on Monday and I got them today. Pretty happy.

xjagox - just chill. SVC has just generated a request for pickup. Give UPS several hours to pickup and scan it in. May take until tomorrow.

A good case for the money (considering the good PS included).
My question for the folks who received the case already: is it supposed to come with a PC speaker or not?
The case I received doesn't have one.

No complaints here. Received my case, along with two 80mm fans yesterday, and both arrived in great shape! I'll definitely be doing business with SVC again! They were very prompt with both shipping the product, and providing a tracking number. Thanks for the deal!

They resent me the tracking number now. I think UPS was just twiddling their thumbs. Hmm, I guess I only did give that one business day though... Damnit I kept thinking monday was tuesday or wednesday for some reason. Yep, I'm a frickin idiot.

Sweet! There were three boxes waiting for me when I got home last night - all in mint condition. Still unbelievable to me that these were only $20 each (thanks cheapgoose.) I'm going to be using them, along with a 2600 that I purchased recently, to set up a LAN for gaming. Anyone planning to paint and/or mod their case(s)?

I am like 8 hour drive from their business. and people ordering after me are gettin their cases allready? and my cases havent been shipped. I called and they apologized....yay. that was 3 days ago...still no shipment.

How hard is it to expect a company to fill orders correctly?? This has been a persistent problem with SVC, and I kissed them off last summer after getting burned. They offer very good deals, but it's a crap shoot whether they will fill the orders correctly. Their CSRs then don't/can't fix the messes that have been created. If they don't last, it's only themselves they have to blame. That would be a shame.

Do you feel lucky today??

During Summers while I was in college, I worked in the shipping department of a medium sized company in San Francisco. After about three days there I had the whole process perfectly under control. Yeah, I'd make a mistake once or twice a month, but 99+% of the things that went out were correct.

Essentially, if you are LITERATE you should be able to ship things correctly.

Still have only received one case. Still have not been credited the difference. Still have not received a reply to my email. Still can't get anybody on the phone. I'm sorry, but the prices are not good enough to make me want to put up with this crap. My second and last order with SVC.
