Update on my problem of only being shipped one of my two cases.
Three days ago, when I got the one case, I sent an email right away to RMA@SVC. Still haven't received a reply. Today, after trying to call, I sent an email to shipping @SVC and got a reply within an hour. Here's their reply:
"Dear Valued Customer:
We apologize for only sending you (1) case. Ordinarily, we would send you
(1) more, however, we no longer have them in stock. Thus your account has
been credited $29.23, the cost of (1) case plus shipping. We apologize for
the inconvenience.

If they still have plenty of these cases and they aren't playing games then explain the above statement...........
