Received a reply email from them yesterday:
Dear Valued Customer:
It appears we sent you only (1) by mistake. Thus we will credit you half the charges you have incurred (30.31). We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is after 3 emails. I don't think it was a mistake but I've yet to see a credit on my CC. :|
I've done business with them in the past which have been pleasant but this really sucks when they lie to you outright.
