My experience was weird. First call, the CSR had to xfer me to a "specialist" to adjust the cdrw price. She asks what store i'm PM'ing. "Memphis, Tenn". <click> dont know if the phone glitched coincidentally at that point, or if she hung up on me.
i call back 15min later, get a new CSR, order the stuff, add the coupon (she has to ask someone how to enter the code), then the PM fun begins... she has to call someone else to check the prices. 10 min later, she says "Cant do the PM, cuz the PM store has to be in the same State as your shipping address. Do u want it shipped to a diff addr, or cancel the order, or put it On Hold and try to PM a diff store?"
i dont know anyone in Memphis, dont want to start @ Square One, so "just put it On Hold".
Call back a few hours later (new CSR), and ask to cancel my order. She pulls it up, the wrong price catches her eye, and she says "That price isn't right. Let me fix that."
ND> "what prices are in there?"
CSR> "cendyne $69.99, hi-val $49.99".
i thought she was trying to "fix" the burner back to 99.99, but turns out she has seen so many orders with the hi-val's she immediately knew they were supposed to be 30.
so... yada yada yada, she fixes the Hival price, my pre-rebate total is $80 or so, and boy am i tired.
i dont know what happened between calls... i was under the impression the PM was denied, but they did it anyways. Much better than trying to deal w/the dingleberries @ OM B&M.
