"The HP(DV6000t w/ BB numbering) is for a friend(she fronted the cash for it) and I must say if I had to do it over again I would have gotten two HPs(using my brother) in a heartbeat, no question about it. The build quality is better, the finger print finish looks amazing, Media Center, its a widescreen with brightview, and came with a Lightscribe dvd player/writer. I did not have a chance to boot the Toshiba yet(put away so I would have something under the tree) but I did take it out and look at it. Just from looking at it the build quality leaves something to be desired."

naw it's fine. it's just ugly is all. if there was a problem with it, we'd have like a least five threads with people beefing about it
and those other bells whistles are okay, but i had already got an acer 5601 from the compusa closing for $530 and i know already the man (upstairs) don't like it when i am greedy

really? they (employees/managers) said that here also, but they were completely wrong.

I drove by BB at 6:30 pm coming home from tday dinner. there were allready 5 people there, under a tarp. it was raining and cold.. I knew I wouldnt be able to sleep if people were there allready, so I decited to wait it out. I got there a little after 7 and I was #7 in line! I brought a rain coat and char and warm clothes but it wasnt enough and after 20 minutes I was cold. the rain was really coming down, and luckaly some dude there had some mylar plastic stuff I was able to jerry rig over our heads. that helped but the wind would whip up and blow it all over the place, not very fun. around 12 there were about 100 people there and by 2 there were over 500... at 4 the guys came out and I grabbed a ticked for both laptops, both westinghouses and the desktop emachine deal. while I was waiting some dude that was high on speed appeared behind me and wanted some tickets. I sold the $380 latop ticket for $160, the $250 lappy for $80 and the desktop deal for $60. I made almost $300 just for waiting and got my 42" LCD! I gave the 32" ticket to this guy I met in line that wanted an extra one for this dad. so all in all it worked out!

sweet deal. i hope he realized that he still had to pay for the items after you sold him the tickets. hilarious

Got there at 3:00am. Got a voucher for the 42" Panasonic plasma at 3:30am. Was at home playing Final Fantasy XII in widescreen glory at 4:00am. Happy customer. Huge props to Best Buy for INSTANT savings. Other stores should follow in BBs footsteps.
