wait... what's the difference between this case for 42 bucks, and this case for 58 bucks? They're both 350W and they both have the same picture of a case with window... I guess one is steel and one is aluminum? No specs listed, they use the same picture. Kinda shady..

Call and bitch. They'll prolly say it's in the mail. You should wait a couple of weeks and if you haven't got your case by then you should call your CC company and file a claim.

I would call and cancell....I cancelled mine, I ordered on the 15th , they billed my card on the 16th....
called last week on the 25th ...they said it was back ordered and "did not know the date it was expected to arrive"....yet they had charged my card!!!.........

yes this was a good deal as long as you were not in a rush to get it...like i said in a previous post its the exact case newegg has for 114$ shipped wich is what i paid for the case with power and window with light and black floppy and a black internet ready key board
im happy as long as when i actually make the pc it all boots up fine

FYI, Newegg's pricing for this same case (including the window and the 420W power supply) is the same as this Buyxtremegear sale. Further, with all of the problems others had getting their cases last time, one might think about this purchase a bit more.

I have two of these at home...one holds an MSI K7D Master (dual Athlon MP...a little on the big side, but not too outrageous) and the other holds an Intel N440BX (dual P!!!, and as big as an ATX motherboard can get). It should hold any motherboard you could dig up.

I would be a bit leery about a $20 power supply in connection with anything of recent manufacture, though. (The dual-P!!! rig is powered by a 330W Enermax, while the dual-Athlon rig uses a 430W Antec (one of the TruePower models).)

Depends on the power supply... You can't buy these PSU for $20 separately, usually closer to $45. These are Channel Well PSU, maker of Antec PSU. They are better than your 330W Enermax.

Well here is my tale of woe.
Ordered on 12 Oct, their web page said expected ship date 10/16. I sent several e-mails asking about status. I had "paid" with a 1 time use credit card thingy which was due to expire at the end of October.
I finally got a response last week saying they were backordered and don't expect it until mid-November or December. I responded by saying ok - don't expect to get paid.
It arrived today - side fan, front USB, Won't deal with them again. From now on Newggg and directron.

Just a quick search of Newegg using "SX1030" as my search term produced this link Here.

Now, the top case listed there is as follows---
$79 (aluminum case w/ windowed side panel w/ Turbo Link 420W power supply)
+$10 (S/H)
=$89 Total.

Now, using this case being discussing in this thread at BuyXtremeGear.Com----
$40 (steel case)
+$10 (windowed side panel)
+$20 (Turbo Link 420W power supply)
+$17 (S/H to my location -- middle of the country)
$87 Total

So.... here we can see that Newegg is $2 more, but for the extra two bucks you get the aluminum case and you get to deal with Newegg. IMO, this is a no-brainer.... Newegg all the way.

You are right. It doesn't.

But then again, if someone just happens to want "like 40$ in mods" (ie, a windowed side panel and a decent 420W power supply), then, perhaps they would rather interact with Newegg (Reseller rating = 9.55) vs. buyxtremegear (Reseller rating = 4.87).
