I sent an email to them regarding the 2 missing fans. Got a response in less than a day, indicating that they
would send out the 2 fans. I think these guys are trying very hard to make up for some past problems,
and are actively monitoring this thread and their reseller ratings. It's tough to make a buck from
us cheapskates on this board, but it's nice to see someone try so hard.

Hey, I'm happy for you, then. I'm not saying that it is a bad PSU, either. All I'm saying is that the Turbolink is not a bargain as I had originally thought and cannot recommend it to others on this forum. It's just a $20 PSU, no more, no less. And knowing now what I do, wish I had saved my money and not included it with the case.

Sure, I can understand that. I guess if I werent on an extreme budget I would spend a little more on one also

I ordered a yellow case with no extras but the 4 fans were part of my order for $35.

I got the case with a free clear panel. I got 3 crystal fans instead of 4 but it's okay cuz i got a clear side panel.

Was hoping that I'd get the PSU but sokay. My existing 350W psu is good enough.

First time dealing with this company. Very good experience. My case shipped within 2 days. Very happy. Will order again.

Ordered mine too.. Hope I get the free PS, else I'll buy one from Newegg or something... I'm just buying piece by piece for my server This tower is cheap, so it's worth it

I'll keep ya posted as to what I actually get.

I'll be getting in my case tomorrow. I ordered everything last week on Tuesday, so shipping time wasn't bad. I was a little impatient that it took 2 days to process my order, but its worth it for this price. I can only hope that I get a free side panel also, or even an aluminum case in its place (keeping my fingers crossed).

I believe that everything has gone smoothly. Ill fil you in on the details. As long as there's no damage, I believe I would buy from them again.

I think it's just silly judging a company by the condition of the merchandise when they get to you.
Once they shipped your order, what condition your merchandise is when it gets to you depends on the shipping courier.
I've received 1 case from Newegg with the box punched in on 2 sides, the top & bottom barely intact, and the foam inside all crushed.
The FedEx delivery guy just dropped the box at my front door and ran; not even bother to ring my doorbell.
Luckily, the case inside wasn't damaged. Would I continue to order from Newegg? Absolutely! As long as their prices remain
competitive and their customer service doesn't deteriorate.

As for my Chieftec case order from BuyXtremegear, my order was finally shipped 5 days after I placed the order
(ordered on 2/2, shipped on 2/7). I paid the optional $3.99 Rush Order Processing option too, I guess they waited
for the blue and silver cases to come back instock before they ship all of my order at once.
We'll see which case they sent me and if they ship me all 4 4-LED crystal fans as they're supposed to.

I got this case from them, and it was a royal pain to get it... Took right around2 weeks to get it to me, but once it got in, it was well worth the wait. I would not mess with buyxtremegear if you neeed something ASAP, but if you have the time and you have a lot of patience, then they are all right. I got the case and 420 watt P/S and the total with shipping was like $70. Not a bad deal at all

I rec'd an email today from Fedex notifying me that buyxtremegear had shipped a package which I assume is the missing fans. Hey, I have no complaints at all with the way I was treated. If I remember correctly, I ordered on a Thursday and rec'd the Tuesday. Aside from the mixup on the fans, it was well handled. BTW, I ordered the plain white (actually taupe) case. I like my case to blend in rather than jump out, just my preference. Considered going with black but do not have a single black component. Putting a white CDROM and burner just wouldn't do and didn't feel like replacing the components (both Plextor). I would do business with them again. If they were down then I hope they turn the corner and make a good comeback.

has anyone run into this problem, i just ordered a case, but i wanted to make some changes and sent it before i could. Now i've tried to call them at least a dozen times, no response. 1 response email, but that was a day ago, sent like 3 out today, but nothing back. Do they just suck in the service department or what? Anything i can do? Lydia, the girl told me to resend order and cancel the one i did order, but i tried too late. That same day they sent out when i asked to cancel. What are my options? Send case back and hope they don't charge me for the shipping, or suck it up and just take the case they sent now and order another one?

well i just reveived my two fans in the mail. i also told them that i wanted e replacement cover for the usb and they sent me the intire front bezel drive covers door and all. that should come in handy when i get around to modding it. i may have been lucky but i've had a great experience with this company. everything has been handled quickly and above expectations. would definetly deal with again.

Well, its not really ther fault that you didn't order what you wanted.

Got my blue case in today (ordered on 2-4), and while it came without a PS (just like I ordered) they did throw in the window (which I didn't order). Also, mine only came with 2 fans despite my order saying it came with 4, so fired them off an email to find out about getting my other 2. All in all, I'm very happy, it's a great case, very easy to work with, a real steal for $52 shipped. Thanks again Anandtech!

Rec'd the two missing fans yesterday. I'm good on this deal. Aside from this issue, the entire transaction was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I may have been lucky and purchased items in stock, so don't know about past sins, but I would buy from them again.

I received my case today also, but i got the Blue when it was $10 extra....and i also got the window..Very nice case, nice upgrade from my old one!

I got the Blue aluminum sx1040 clone. Shipped x-country in 4 days from order date. Kinda thin, got a free PS, but it looks like a POS. I'll be replacing it...

i ordered the blue case $35 *but now states that it's $10 more on their site now?* so figure $45, big deal...
i didn't want the clear side - no need for it... plus my DVD drive just died so i figured what the heck, and ordered a matching BLUE DVD drive for $40 more... decent deal for a 16X DVD, at least better than a store price....

so i get the box delivered in 3 days which was great, but it's the wrong product! I got a Blue case, WITH a clear side door and NO DVD! They still charged me $103 and now they state that the case is $80, and with shipping it comes to $103... their website was down earlier today after i notified them!

what really sucks - is that the invoice they emailed me is DIFFERENT than the invoice that I PRINTED OUT!

i'm also missing 2 of the 4 fans, but i'm not really that concerned about that... they baited and switched the price on me! they don't answer the phones, and i have had a 1:4 chance on getting an email response...

what to do?

I got in on this deal Feb 3 and got exactly what I ordered (black case, No PSU, $35 +shipping) and it arrived in perfect condition, except there were only 2 regular fans instead of the 4 LED fans. Not a big deal to me but I emailed them and they sent out the 4 LED fans which I received today. I'm very happy with the case and their service. This is still a great deal on an outstanding case and I'd highly recommend it!

But tonight I started to assemble my new system and realized there is no front filter assembly, which was one of the reasons I wanted the Antec/Chieftec SX10xx cases. BuyXtremeGear states that this case is identical to the Antec SX1030, but I can't find confirmation on the Antec site as to whether that model includes the filter assembly (the SX1040 definately has the filter).

Just wondering if any of you that bought this case from BuyXtremeGear received one with the filter assembly, and if not where can I purchase one seperately since I can't seem to find it listed even on the Antec website?

I dont have that filter assembly either. I have the aluminum version of this case tho I must say its really striking and cool.

I just ordered the case tonight. It says there are only 2 fans included. Did it say 4 before? How are you guys getting 2 more fans?
