You need to look at the rebate again. :light:Originally posted by: Midnight Rambler
Unfortunately, the $40 rebate only applies to the Cendyne DVD-RW. That's the only model listed.
The $30 rebate does include the DVD+RW model.
Seems to be pretty misleading ...
They already updated the web price to next week's price. :frown: I guess you could buy it and then call up and ask them to match the ad price of $219.99, but remember that the ad was not in all areas so they might say they can't match the price because it's not in your area. It's looking kind of YMMV now.Originally posted by: stockjock
OK..when I add the Cendyne 4X DVD+R W/R to my order at OM I don't get the $30 IR...is it still good????It shows in my cart at $249.98
Both mail-in rebates don't expire until Saturday (5-31).Originally posted by: gnawrot
If I purchase this DVD-burner today will I be elligible for both rebates? Please let me know. I might try to call OM to update the price with instant rebate which did not expired in stores but got removed from website.
All the Officemax multiple rebate form list "all" DVD burners as DVD-RW including the Verbatim and HP 300i drives which don't sale DVD-R drives. The rebate processing company uses the UPC codes to verify that it's the right item for the rebate.Originally posted by: phoznik
Let me know if I'm looking at the wrong rebate, but
this rebate looks like it's only for the DVD-RW.
