Hi all,
So I have a Vintage V2-M2A690G barebone system. Or so I believed. It was purchased 2007 and the BIOS version was 0503. Reason I say I believe is that when I tried downloaded v2-M2A690G BIOS (0801) and tried to upgrade with it with built in EZ flash, it told me it doesn't match the hardware. It also told me the default BIOS in the system was for M2A-VM motherboard. So I went off and downloaded latest BIOS for the motherboard and used the EZ flash to flash it. This time it did it. But afterwards the system become unuseable. It would still boot and all but it's dreadfully slow, like a 386.
The box was then shutdown and left overnight. Today when I tried to start it, it simply keeps resetting itself without even displaying the video BIOS screen!!!!
As you can see, any suggestion is welcomed at this stage.
