That's dang cheap shipping for computer cases.
Personally I really liked the Ever Case I got from newegg. GREAT case for under $35 shipped ($48 shipped with a 300w PS, and $33 shipped without a PSU). Had front USB ports, almost no screws anywhere (including some cool lever things that slide closed to lock in DVD/CD drives WITHOUT DRIVE RAILS). And a side fan. Anyway, just my 2 cents, that ever case one one of the best small size cases. You can get much better full and larger mid towers of course, but unlike a lot of others that are larger, this has 4 hard drive bays.

The one I got was the $21 one (plus $12 shipping fedex).
There are/were a few long anandtech threads on this specific case and some others, including a black version of this one. Most people like it, the one or two minuses are that it doesn't have a motherboard tray (which I could care less about), and the reset switch is microscopic. HOWEVER, since the front plastic part of the case comes off and is not attached to any wires or buttons, it would be a cinch to use a small drill bit to make the hole for the reset button a bit larger without affecting the button in any way.
Lots of pictures from various angles on newegg if you want to take a look. I got one of these for the family computer upgrade, and I very nearly refused to let them have it I started loving it so much when I was putting it together. I'm gonna order myself another soon for my personal modded gaming rig. Gonna have some fun modding it.
