The 128MB X300 is definitely good enough for CS:S, albiet not at super high resolution or detail. The 64MB X300 has a crippled memory bus, and the performance is about 30% slower...stay away if gaming is a concern for you.

I would also suggest those looking at the i6000 to consider the WSXGA screen; I've used both the WSXGA and the WXGA, and the former is of noticeably better quality. WUXGA is way too small for a 15.4" screen. The 9-Cell battery is also a must-have; I consistently get between 4-5 hours of use with little added weight.

Those looking at the i700M also need to consider the extended battery; the standard lasts between 1-2 hours, which is horrible for a Centrino laptop.

Nobody should really be looking at the i2200.

I have read that the 8 cell will stick out about 1/2 inch more than compared to the 4 cell.
