I ordered mine Friday afternoon at 2pm (before the deal was posted here) and I just checked the status... My 2001FP is now "In Transit" to the local carrier...

I would assume so unless you were shipping it back because of a problem.

Resistance WAS futile... mine is on the way! I'm sure they will run this deal again in the spring, but this way I don't need to buy a coupon code (I never get mine!) and stack coupons... this was a straight up good deal - not even a MIR to wait on!

I am surprised to hear this. My friend's FP2000 is the reason I bought my 1901. He has never had any problems with games, either with a ti4200 or 9700pro. Everything always looked great. I haven't been able to test my 1901 with games yet, since my card is shot, but now I hope it is really better than his

Well I did get mine home and hooked up last night. I thought I'd see a bunch of posts today from people getting theirs. It is very slick looking. I don't like the grey base - wish it was all black, but other than that I like it.

The bad thing is, put next to my 2000FP they look so different that (now get this) - my wife says to me "those don't match, you need to get another one (2001FP) so that they match."

Anyone want to buy a perfectly good 2000FP, PM me. To be honest, I don't notice much difference in image quality - I did hook up the only game I have installed (America's Army) and it may be a bit crisper, but I wasn't unhappy with the 2000 for gaming.

Anyway, I won't clutter up this hot deal thread with further comments on the monitor as Anand already did a great review. I hope everyone enjoys theirs and has enjoyed the hot deal. I'm thrilled and will be buying another one thanks to my wonderful wife!

Hi Folks. Please clog up this thread (or make one on General Hardware) with real time reviews of the hardware as you get your LCD. I'm sure for every one of you, there are at least 10 more people like myself waiting for the first reports (especially with some FPS type games that require a quick response)...

Well I came to my senses and remembered I don't have the money for this and cancelled it... So maybe you'll all get yours a day eariler (I ordered late friday)...

Do I have to do anything about fatcash? I ordered through that, I've never used it before so I don't know how it works...

I came to my sense before ordering. I'd have to sell my dual LCD setup to afford it, and I don't know if i'm prepared to do that...

regarding fatcash you don't have to do anything.

You should look into getting a Dual stand from SpaceDec. I have their dual LCD stand and I'm running it with dual 1900FPs. Works very nice!

I just called Dell SB customer service and asked if the actual shipping was gonna be the date mine has been pushed back too; DEC 25-29. He said with a very rude tone that it may very likely be and that I could cancel if i was not happy with that.I ended the call on that note and after a few minutes thought I am going to call and cancel my order,I do not want to wait till after the first of the year for something. :|

My original ship date was Dec 22. I jus checked my email and it shipped yesterday. You might just wanna give it a week
