The 10% was setup to expire last night at midnight. It didn't stop working until around 2:45 EST.

Mebbe a new code exists for today only?

The 10% coupon was originally set to expire at midnight on 11/26/02, which was yesterday. It did not immediately expire and many people have continued to use it throughout the day. This added to some of the exciting deals that were being snatched up.

At about 2:45 PM EST, the 10% coupon ceased to work.

I think I was the last one to catch the boat. By the time I submitted the order this afternoon around 2:45pm EST, the 10% coupon still took effect. Neither the acknowledgement email or the comfirmation email has come, however. I called Dell S&B to find out. THe CSR told me the order was stuck in the system and she didn't know why. She then told me she would go ahead to process the order manually, but the price will remain the same, which include 10% off.

UPDATE: Just received an usual acknowlegement email now, plus a confirmation email written by the CSR who helped me before.
