i bought like 20 of these and my dad bought 60. hopefully they come, we need them for an office. i have only gotten the first email, but i'm sure i'll get the 2nd one. dell has been fairly good, fullfilling orders . i just hate their customer service though.

Basically, the subtract 40 for the 2.4 was a price mistake. Even if those who ordered in the beginning of this actually got the deal and will recieve the machine at thier price, that doesnt mean that these saved shopping carts are going to have the same results.

I don't mind the wait if it is normal......but for other Dell orders I've placed, the delay was usually less than 1 hour. This just makes me wonder if the deal will be honored?

I know what you mean. I would feel paranoid (of course I always do) that all the 2350 orders will be scrutinized and if you're coupon stacking your order will be cancelled, of course that is only an assumption. I hope that everyone's orders go through but until your cc has been CHARGED (not an authorization but an actual hard post) and you have the computer in your house, I wouldn't assume anything.

You should get 2 emails, the second one is with the order number and customer number.

If the orders do not materilize a lot of people will be canceling a lof of ebay orders.

No confirmation # yet, but it did take Dell's "Order Watch" service almost 3 days (today) to tell me that something shipped on Tuesday. If that's any indication of their systems' backlog, then it may be awhile before confirmations are available.

I just called dell and they said that the orders that I have are in the queue and will not go to production because of wrong pricing.
I guess we all got redflaged.

Lets look for another deal.
