Really, do any of you honestly believe they are trying to bait and switch? They made a mistake and if you're seriously thinking legal action is appropriate you're trying to take advantage of them and its you not dell with the dirty tactics. Just because it's not a misprint doesn't mean it false advertising. A logic error (having too many price reduction options) is still an error. I am really looking forward to this computer but I'm not gonna get pissed at dell for cancelling.

come on, let's face it, who will be upgrading their system while serving customers?
if they want to do it, they have to make sure there is no bug first in the code.
