I've ordered from DiscountTireDirect several times and have referred them to family as well - I have no doubts as to their reliability...I imagine they're incredibly swamped with orders at the moment!

Second set shipped. Yes, Wally world will mount and lifetime balance these tires for 9.50 a tire here. However it takes them forever to get the job done, and I would not let them work on rims that they can destroy. Meaning for me like steel stock wheels only

Ordered Saturday and got my two sets of tires put on the cars Weds and Thurs. Would love to get even the winter tires but alas, no space to keep 8 tires around when I swap them.

After receivin a couple of emails apologizing for the delay in processing my order, I had a voicemail from DTD Customer Service Wednesday night that my tires (Hankook Optimo H418) were backordered with no ETA from the manufacturer and to call and speak to them regarding my order. Called them up yesterday morning and found a similarly rated tire (Falken Ziex ZX-912) that they had in stock so they swapped out the tires on my order. Tires were delivered this morning. :thumbsup: I would say if you haven't heard from them you will, and if you don't have the patience to wait, give them a call.

I emailed them this morning, asking how much longer the delay would be. My tires are pretty bald at this point, so I could use those tires!

Weel, they replied to my e-mail, saying that my order had just been processed and would ship within 24 hrs. Just a bit more than 24 hours later, I got an e-mail with UPS tracking numbers. They shipped last night at ~11:30pm from Az, scheduled to arrive 11/1.

So, that's just under two weeks from order to receipt. Not terrible, considering the volume of sales sites like this probably generate once they broadcast the deal. Thanks again, OP.
