Don't know to what handle you refer, but my state is Nebraska and it says save as a jpg with little or no compression or a tiff.
As big as it will be resized ya gotta make it a big file or it will get grainy.

The lady I spoke with at 877-672-4466 said that there has been a surge of orders (AT effect) so they are delayed in processing them and sending them out. But she said mine should ship by the 1st.

I uploaded a 1600x1200 pic taken from with my oly 2020. It isn't as sharp as I was expecting, and I also wish i got the glossy finish. Regardless, I'm happy with the results.

I'm considering ordering another one.

I sent a quality picture in..depending on the quality of it coming back I might send one of the earth at night ones....or the one showing the earth's curvature with clouds...which is available in a raw format I believe at like 300 mbs .

Keep the faith. I got mine on Saturday, and am plenty happy with it. I used a pic of the rat pack in front of the sands casino. It's a little grainy, but I knew it would be, it's old school black and white, so I like the effect.

Sent in the Earth at night one and chose not to crop it. There is a LOT of white on the bottom and top. The sides are okay and it looks nice, except it's kinda small.

Don't bother...I got my pic back yesterday and pictures quality is just so-so. I used a 4mp image from my s40. I don't think I'd pay regular price for quality like this.

I wonder if Kinko's or Sony Imagestation has better quality? Does anyone know?
