Great question. I imagine eventually we would get bored of drinking just Coke. I'll try it and report back. Here is the list of the products that Coca-Cola manufactures, thanks to TGregg.

I've used em on "diet" Sprite (think it's called Zero Sprite or somesuch nonsense). Both the Lowe's Foods and Harris Teeter that I went too only had the assorted flavors of Coke and Sprite, and Vault but I don't drink sugar. Unfermented, anyway :beer:

The coupon says "Coke products". My wife has used some online decoder site to figure out what the code on various coupons really means, maybe somebody could try that.

Also, there's only 5 days left in the "8 to 10 weeks" specified in the rules for coupon delivery. I've only received 11 of 47 coupons. Either I'm gonna be getting a lot on some days, or the delivery time is longer or I won't get `em all.

I thought about that too, but didn't find much:

Coupon Family: 000 (Anything from Same Manufacturer)

Coupon Value: Free Merchandise

Coupon UPCs are not unique to coupons as other UPCs are to items. The coupon UPC has its meaning embedded in it. Therefore, there's no need to store coupon UPCs in the database.

conclusion of the promotion."

If they work on the same timetable for mail delivery that rebate companies do, we'll still be getting them a month from the 24th - one at a time in those little envelopes.

Anyone know approx. how long a 2-liter bottle of soda will keep (before losing it's fizz)?

I think as long as you dont open it.. it hsould be good way beyond the expiration date. (kept in a cool shaded place)

I received 2 more envelopes today. One containing a coupon, and the other absolutely empty. They seem to be arriving in the exact order in which they were won.

And I finally had the opportunity to use two coupons yesterday. Although, I had to travel to quite a few stores before finding any Coca-Cola product in stock. At least here in NYC, the stores are completely barren of Coca-Cola, with plenty of Pepsi product. Obviously, more than a few people partook in this contest. Perhaps this was their intention when starting this promotion.

So far, I was able to purchase Sprite, Minute Maid, and Coca-Cola (Black Cherry Vanilla, which is awesome.) I'm thinking a soda and beer distributor will have far more 2 liter soda selections and choices... so I'll be heading there to try out my luck.

I wouldn't go so far as saying "way beyond". Sodas don't retain their flavor forever. This is especially true of diet drinks because the artificial sweeteners break down sooner than the ingredients of sugared soda. That's also why the expiration dates on diet drinks aren't as long as sugared.

Nope. Called the local coke distributer and they said two liters of diet coke have a shelf life of 90 days. Sugered soda should last longer, or so I am told.

And I just got two more so I'm 13 out of 47.

And I recently ran across a 4 year old bottle of Budweiser with a twist off cap. It was almost completely flat.

anyone having a hard time using these at albertsons/safeway. the cashiers look at me like i am stealing something when using the coupon because it takes 1.69 off and has to be scanned 5 times.
