Worked fine for me also...
It does mention that you have to be one of the first 1000 though.

But after the questionnaire it gives you an information recap/success screen and says you should receive your tshirt in 6-8 weeks.

so we will see.

I got my t-shirt today! Of all the free t-shirts for which I've filled out forms, this is the first I've received.

I got my today as well. It seems like the big corps are the only ones that send out the free t-shirts. I've gotten one from ibm, compaq, and cisco. I have yet to get one from one of those no name companies yet. I like this ibm tshirt, it's clever and not too distracting. Walking down the street, people won't think that I'm a walking ad.

I got my IBM tee today, and I have to say, it is rather cool. I also got my Yoohoo tee and one other from some company I haven't heard of. I also got a free maglite flashlight from some link posted here. That is the best free item I've received so far. It is a really nice flashlight for $0.00.

Also nice was the clock radio I got from Speigel for only $2 or $3 dollars after the $20 off coupon. I'm waiting for my under $40 Epson 880 printer from Dell. It should be here tomorrow or the next day. It will sit next to my $80 Epson 875DC photo printer. And I'm enjoying my $296 (after $100 rebate) Kodak DC4800 camera. And my $400 massage chair from Sam's Club. I've saved so much money because of this forum that I'm about to go broke.

Does this sound familiar to anyone else?
