Ah, I see now. The description says $4800 in Kobalt tools, but the actual rules say a $4800 Lowe's gift card, which is a better thing.

Just as a heads up, but I had a bitch of a time getting the free screw driver. The people at lowes had no idea what I was talking about even when I showed them the print out w/ barcode. I eventually got mine after almost a 1/2 hour of people asking around. Hopefully others have a better time and it is just my store that has bad communication about contests.

Had no trouble at my store. The bar code didn't scan so the cashier entered it manually. Didn't even have to pay sales tax.

The website was changed that the screwdriver is no longer available.

I found this on another site last Friday. I printed out two (one for myself and one for a good friend), headed up to Lowe's and during checkout the old lady working the register looked like she was about to kill someone (in a pissy mood) and I feared for my life when I handed her the coupon. Funny part of the story is she tried several times to scan it to no avail. She crumpled up the coupon and tossed it. :lol:

I picked up 1 of 2 today (going to get the 2nd one next week), and had no problem. I even did it through the automatic checkout.
It only cost $3.98, but looks sturdy enough.
