I was getting the same error. I then checked on the 'receive newsletter' and it acknowledged receipt of the form

I've requested information from this place about 1 dozen times this year. My dog and cat have each received keychains, flashlights, pocket radios, etc. And never so much as a newsletter. Sure they send information along with the free stuff, but, just drop that in the trash!
