Jason from GoGamer here. Thanks to those that have expressed satisfaction with our service and company in this thread. I just wanted to comment on a couple things that were pointed out.

First, I apologize for anyone who did not get a satisfactory response from our customer service department. Although I am not in charge of CS I do know that we take it seriously and 99.9% of inquiries are answered and the issue is resolved quickly. When you sell as many games as we do, it generates lots of CS emails and I'm sure a few have not been answered to every customers satisfaction. We do try very hard though. Also, the folks at resellerratings.com seems to not like us as well as the 500+ revewiers at Google do, which give us a very strong rating. We also do very well at BizRate. Again, we try very hard to take care of our customers.

With regards to shipping, the Dirt Cheap shipping we offer is USPS Media Mail and we all know that takes a while to be delivered and they have poor tracking. That's out of our hands. We normally get all our orders out the same day or within 24 hours. It's rare with us that orders take more than a day to ship. Weekends and holidays not withstanding.

And reagrding the URL issue. An employee turned off Auto-Update for the domain, That employee no longer works here.

Wait, seriously, who's complaining about the dirt cheap shipping? They charge you like $2 to ship you a game, and it gets there "when it gets there." Not the best choice for the brand new releases, but if you're getting a $10 madness game, it totally rocks. I usually buy something, then forget about it, then it shows up at my work like a random treat. Too bad I missed out on the Gal Civ II before they ran out of stock. That's what I get for being lazy.

Wanted to add my first order from GoGamer went well. The price on Bioshock was very good and although shipping took awhile, I'd rather pay a low shipping price and wait a bit.

As far as Bioshock itself, I do wish I had never bought it for two reasons.

One, it is almost impossible to stop playing. I was up until 5AM last night. It is such a beautiful game and I like the moral choices and such that make it more than just a run and nuke. I spend hours on each level just poking around, reading posters, observing the Little Sisters and Mr. Bubbles, etc.

And two, since this is my first real gaming experience, I think it will be hard for any other game to come close to this experience that Bioshock gives. I can see myself playing it several times, taking different tracks to see how things unfold.

It ran very well with everything on High on my 8600GTS and now I have my new 9600GT it runs almost exactly twice as many FPS. Tight.

I told you Bioshock was a great nooo excellent Game of the Year type game. $22 is a steal too

Dude he said they ship Media mail thru the USPS. It is slower then a snail going uphill with a brick tied to its ass. Could they change to UPS or RPS yes and it would be faster but many times UPS and RPS handle their packages like a body handles the ground after jumping from plane with no chute.

Yay I never have with thier shipping either. Some people though if they do not have before they order it act like a dog pissed all over thier shoe while taking a hunk out of thier kneecap.
