Hi guys,
Jason from GoGamer here. Thanks to those that have expressed satisfaction with our service and company in this thread. I just wanted to comment on a couple things that were pointed out.
First, I apologize for anyone who did not get a satisfactory response from our customer service department. Although I am not in charge of CS I do know that we take it seriously and 99.9% of inquiries are answered and the issue is resolved quickly. When you sell as many games as we do, it generates lots of CS emails and I'm sure a few have not been answered to every customers satisfaction. We do try very hard though. Also, the folks at resellerratings.com seems to not like us as well as the 500+ revewiers at Google do, which give us a very strong rating. We also do very well at BizRate. Again, we try very hard to take care of our customers.
With regards to shipping, the Dirt Cheap shipping we offer is USPS Media Mail and we all know that takes a while to be delivered and they have poor tracking. That's out of our hands. We normally get all our orders out the same day or within 24 hours. It's rare with us that orders take more than a day to ship. Weekends and holidays not withstanding.
And reagrding the URL issue. An employee turned off Auto-Update for the domain, That employee no longer works here.
