Um, try waiting a week or two. The ATT $10 survery took i think a week to 2 weeks until i got the 10$ GC from them. 8 hours? Pfft, please, you have unreal expectations.

It does take awhile to get these GC's. I got my AT&T GC about 3 weeks after I did the survey.
