Its a good deal and all....but this card will simply not play todays games....forget Doom 3, FEAR, HALO, HL2....its just not going to work....

I bought a Radeon 9800 from them a few months ago. It didn't work properly. I tried to figure out who made it but there was no FCC code and also no other codes that would indicate the manufacturer. The circuit board was a strange blue color. I finally called ATI tech support (who honored the service call) and they couldn't figure out who made the card either. Bottom line: The card was in fact defective and I returned it. Cost me for shipping.

Considering this card costs less than the games you listed I don't think you could expect it to run any of them.

My half broken Ti4200 plays DOOM3 and HL2 (haven't tried the other 2) just fine so this card should also play them fine.
