Here's my reply:

I don't think the drive is worth RMA'ing.

Considering the name of your site, "BuyXtremeGear", I would expect that your
buyers have specific brands in mind when they purchase. I certainly did.

A friendly note PRIOR to shipping informing me of the change would have been
appropriate. I would have said "yes", but am a bit perturbed that I wasn't
informed.

Unfortunately, my post to resellerratings will reflect this.

Just got mine, it's an Alps but I'm not complaining since it was only $8 shipped

My Alps drive just arrived. It was in a UPS box--delivered by FedEx! Anyway, I don't really care that it's not the Mitsumi because
1) Xtreme honored the web error
2) It's not like I'm going to be using the drive so much that I'd wear it out

BTW: No floppy cable included.
