By the way, I'm told my phone showed up today, so it took less than 2 days to ship directly from Sprint.

I made sure I changed my online access to show detailed reports/invoices. You may want to do that as well.

That's exactly what I have listed in my bill.

As for the picture mail, it probably is not included in your plan right now, when it should be.

Call 888-211-4727. Tell them that you cannot access Picture Mail. They will probably tell you that it is not included in your plan. Tell them that it is supposed to be. If they still deny it, refer them to sprint.com/SERO, and point out that it is indeed listed there. Ask for the reps log-in ID. If it gets billed, you know who told you its supposed to be coded right and free!

That's what I had to do to get Unlimited Picture Mail. I thought I had it, but it wasn't there.

GTFan, Meritt, Ed, ETAL,
Thanks for all of the help...
it took about ½ hr. on the phone with Sprint, constantly referring the two reps I had to talk with to the SERO plan, but now my plan is "picture purrfect"!!!

FWIW, I got my SERO plan signed up through a Sprint Rep at Best Buy. Took him awhile to call it in to get confirmation, but it worked out. Well, other than that Picture Mail omission I had to call in to get added correctly.

Also, people have had some success in Sprint stores. YMMV on that one, of course.

Doesn't seem so much like "weasel" as the left hand not knowing there are any right-side appendages.

More like the left hand not knowing the weasel in the right hand.

I placed an order on 11th. I already called sprint like two times to verify I get all I'm supposed, to. First guys after talking to supervisor, said that options are included in the plan. But, he didn't see it when he opened my account.

I tried to access picturemail from sprint.com. Still haven't got my phone, and it doesn't let me. Even if I'm not sure what my pw is, i went to "forgot password" entered my phone # and it says wrong phone #. I called a second time, the guy said it's included in the plan, and it will take 4 more hours to start working. Been 24 hours and still no work. It seems they have no clue what they are talking about. I'll have to wait to receive the phone and try then. If it doesn't work, I'll call them and tell them specifically what doesn't work.

Inphonic is pretty bad. They have bad reviews. They sent me a fedex number, that wasn't found on fedex tracking site for 24 hrs. Then I called to find out what's the story on this. I was told my order was shipping with Ground Shipping, when it was advertised to be 2ND DAY FREE ground shipping. This is very bad business practice I believe. And they told me they can't do anything about. Their customer support seems to be located in India or something. Reps have no clue basically. Bad company, all I want is my phone, so hopefully I wouldn't have to deal with them.

Does anyone know, the 14 day satisfaction garantee, does it start when you activate the phone, because I'm under the impressing my phone has already been activated. Because the # works with voicemail when I call it. Sms and email works from sprint.com. So it sucks even more, that I'm loosing this time on my evaluation of service and how it works in my area, because of them shipping it ground. I just hope it gets here soon.

I took a photo with the phone & sent it to my photo account and it asked me to submit a password. After that, everything was cool and I was able to access my account online with the same password and my photo was there.
IMHo, Sprint will do the right thing...but like Ed said, "...that left hand is problematical." (Or did he say, "...the right hand"?)

I think you need to wait 'till you get your hands on the phone before going into panic mode.

Like the proctologist said, "It'll all work out in the end."

Yeah, I have access to Picture Mail now, but it doesn't show up in my plan.

I think the reason for that is that it is included in a specific Power Vision "Pack". So when I was signed up for Unlimited Power Vision, the csr that signed me up must have selected the basic pack rather than the one with Picture Mail included. Which would explain why they had such a difficult time trying to add Picture Mail to my account. They probably had to "upgrade" my Vision Pack to a different one to "add" it.

If you shop around on Sprint's site try ordering service to see features and prices, you will see that Power Vision is ordered in "Packs."

Samsung A900 for $189 + Tax from Best Buy in the store. Sale expired, I think. They are probably at the same $199.99 as sprint stores. now.

I just went ahead and ordered a900 for $200 from Iphonics.
There are sites that sell it for 150, but I don't think you're getting the $30 deal.
In B&M if they are willing to do it for you, maybe you can get a discount, but make sure they put you on the right plan... Dealing with sprint is not exactly easy it seems if you have problems with the wrong plan in the future.

Yeah.. the problem seems to be the SERO plan was really pushed towards the corporate employees (like me) and the actual CSR's and retail reps know little to nothing of the plan, and they always seem to think people are asking for employee liable accounts, which require a ton more information [I just know in a few months one of you guys somehow will have got under the wrong plan and I'll be liable for you ] -- Everything I have refers people to the website which redirects to InPhonic stuff, so as far as I know that's the easiest way to get it done -- Apparently their inventory just sucks.

So, yeah, good luck with the stores. I don't work in PCS/wireless so I really can't answer your questions about the procedures/phones/etc, I simply don't know anything about em'

To clear up a few other things: As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of referrals I can give out, and I do not receive money for referring people (That $25 per would be *nice* by now, I've got like 200 PMs from you people

Really low for a true A/T effect. No reports of any servers crashing...no reported suicides...no threats...hardly any crapping...no flames...
Common A/Ters, live up (or down, as the case may be) to your rep!

For those of you having trouble getting the deal, try this direct line: Employee Accounts Group at (888) 876-8381

I had no trouble at all getting the plan, they knew exactly what I was talking about. Also, if you want to get the PPC-6700 with the SERO plans, just go into a Sprint store, buy one and activate on their cheapest plan, then call this number and switch the plan over. Very short wait time compared to calling regular Sprint Customer Service and they didn't even ask me for Sprint employee's verification.

Hope this helps someone!

If you can find a Sprint store that can get the SERO plan for you, I think they will p/m the Best Buy sale price this week of $179.99. The store mgr near me was able to find the plan online today. I talked to him a little about p/m the BB price and I think he'll do that...I just didn't push him. I'm going back tomorrow. He would NOT p/m CompUSA's $99.99 price (after their $100 CompUSA rebate).

So, bottom line is...it's only $20 saving but hey...it IS $20. I personally would like to do this deal at BB because I have ~$130 in g.c.'s I could use, but they're so crabby there I don't even want to try.
