Go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/ and check your credit reports. That'll let you know if someone's stolen your identity, or if there's just mistaken info in the report (I found a typo'd address in mine). If there is erroneous info, it will tell you how to go about getting it corrected.

I actually signed up for Sprint with this deal and it's not bad. The only thing I don't like is that they charge $7 for equipment protection which is almost double what other carriers charge, not to mention you have a $50 deductible if anything happens.

It includes internet which is awesome and the Sprint service is surprisingly REALLY good. I get reception most anywhere and if I'm in a very rural area, there's no charge for roaming.

Call and change to the $4 one. If anything happens to your phone, say it's either lost or water damage.

I need the treo 650 or 700p, and they only have the 700wx listed..

As mentioned many times before in this thread if you are already with sprint then they wont let you keep your existing number. You will need to open a entirely new account seperate from the one you have.

Could've fooled me. I've been a Sprint customer for about 3 years now, the last 6+ months of which have been on SERO, with the same number I've had since day one.

It seems to be a matter of luck too with customer reps. All the reps I have talked with when I tried to do that say they cant do it and wont even budge even though I have been a customer for 6+ years with sprint both home, cell, and internet. I have always heard from the reps when I tried to open a new account, over the phone, and get a discounted price of a promo on plan/phone they wouldnt let me cause they see I am not a "new" customer and those deals only apply to new customers or whatever. But I can always hop online and just open a new account, so there is always a way around the system, some people get lucky while others dont.

Is anyone else getting BOGUS CHARGES such as International Text Messages - $0.15/msg, charges for Additional Text Messages - $0.10/ms when they show that your useage is UNDER the amount "In Plan", Equip Prot $3 Ins. Premium & $3 Serv/rpr, and finally $5.00 for Nights Starting At 7pm when I was told that it is now included free with all plans!

I could rant more but This Gal does it better than I ever could.

Above are two current rebates offered if you were to sign a two-year contract, I would it assume it applies to Sero.

Has anyone tried to get the "Sprint PCS New For You? Upgrade". Basically, if you use the same phone for 1 year, you get a $75 rebate toward another phone if you renew your contract. If you have the same phone for 2 yrs, you get $150. It says that the base plan has to be $34.99+. Obviously, the SERO plan is only $30. I was wondering if anyone tried to get this anyway and was sucessful/unsuccessful.
