Actually, there a public email address you can use til 2/28: holiday@sprint.com. Also, there's a $150 Sprint that you're elligible for. So you make money after rebate. I'm going to get a $350 rebate because I bought the 700wx in Dec.

For those interested in free perks such as starting 6PM Nights and Weekends Free, 300/500/Unlimited Text Messages, Additional Minutes, Loyalty Discount. There have been greater success that when dialing *2, say "cancel" during the automated voice. It would then bring you to the retention department. Do remember that each call is logged on your account, so I do not suggest abusing. For those interested in a referral, do not hesitate to PM me and I would help you.

Secondly, If you have purchased a phone recently through Inphonics(sprint.com/sero) and the phone have decreased in price, you may be able to ask sprint to credit that amount back into your account.

I would think you have got some of the free perks by pulling off this trick. And I would like to do the same. What I don't understand is if during the call, they see through the trick and come to know of our true intentions, wouldn't they go ahead and cancel the service? How do we take care that things don't get worse during the call?

I've been watching this thread since the beginning, and finally went for it. Selected the option to port my existing number and gave all the info. I just got an email that says my phone is almost ready for shipping and they gave me a new number??? Why did I bother giving them the info from my current cell provider if they just ignore it? Hopefully it won't be a big issue when the phone gets here to change the number.

Okay i got a question for everyone who used an email address to purchase ONLINE!! When did your credit cards/atm/debit cards get charged for the purchase? Did they Charge you when you ordered it or did they charge you a couple of weeks later??

yea they charged me 1month and like 2 weeks later. When they charged me i didnt have enough in my bank account and now i have to pay the Insufficent funds fee .. wish they charged me when i had money in my account. Now i have to pay close to 100$ in fees

well for me .. they charged both now making me owe my bank 240$ which 100$ is in insufficent funds fee .. sorry if im ranting .. but im pissed off they did that when they couldve tookt he money out when i had enough in my bank account.

Did you think they weren't going to charge you at all? Assuming you didn't, why did you spend the money then?

No offense here, but the reason you had to pay a deposit is because you didn't have a good enough track record of managing your money... so I guess they were right?

MSRP price, not the price you paid.

I paid $299.99 for the phone in Dec, but I received my $350 check today for buying the Treo 700wx. I sent the $150 form in on 1/4. The $100 rebate was declined and I haven't heard from the $75 rebate yet (Sent in 1/19).

I think different phones and time of purchase have different rebate amounts.

Well, I guess I have to send my wife's Razr back in. After a full charge, it dies within 4 hours of standby. Plus it is really hot the whole time. Also, it won't read the memory card. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to test inphonic's customer service
Oh well, I'll report back my experience with them.

Edit: I just timed it and it turns off in two hours. No talking, no data use, nothing... just sitting there on. On a side note, it does make a nice hand-warmer

Edit Number Two: After a 24 minute hold time, I was connected with "Glenn" who had a pretty thick Indian accent. He said when they get stock in the warehouse of the phone I ordered (24-48 hours) it will be sent out to me. Then I get to call back in for an RMA to return the defective phone. According to "Glenn," his system cannot generate an RMA for a phone that is out of stock. I guess we'll see...

Edit 3: Got replacement phone on Friday, called Monday to get an RMA. After being on hold for only 5 minutes, I was connected with "Huey" who was pretty helpful. Got my RMA number and will send the phone back tomorrow (Thursday), now just have to wait for the charge to get refunded and make sure they don't charge me the $200 cancellation, since I didn't cancel.

What is this?!?! I just got an email confirming the $350 rebate as well...after only paying $300 for the phone? I thought the rebates were only for ~$150 or $175.
Amazing!

Now I just need to get free txt messages, and I'll be one happy customer.

I jump on board with Sprint and the SERO plan just this week and I couldn't be happier. The Motorola Q is a fantastic phone. Love it.
