wow, went to the sprint store today, the guy did the credit check, all good for up to 3 lines, no deposit... Asked what phone he said I wanted, I'm like well, i was thinkin the a900m, he looks on the web to price match it, then he says if I would like the Krazr better, i'm like well, probably not, thinkin it would be around $200 - $300. He's like, well I can give you it for $100, no rebates after PM'ing it to Bestbuy. I'm like wow, may as well take it, and signed up for the cheapest plan (200 mins/ $30)

Walked out with a working krazr and the plan for $105, and immediately called and switched to sero which the lady was happy to do..

Now tomorrow I just gotta go back and get the 300 free texts for being a college student... Sweet

Why get the Q instead of a Treo? Just because it's cheaper or is it somehow "better"?

I ended up with a 700wx myself, however my gf got the Q and they are both kickass phones. If you've never had a PDA phone I would go with the Q. It's half the size of a treo, has a nicer resolution and cheaper.. I'm trying to get my gf to trade me now after I talked her out of getting the treo haha

I am looking to get out of my contract. $10 credit to the account. I have a treo 650, but the screen is broken. It is on cellswapper.com.

Only one year left on the contract so good for those who want a short one.

1. In my experience, Motorola phones have had superior voice and speaker quality than others.

2. The Q's screen is incredible. I'm sure the Treo's is too, but the Q's is fantastic.

3. It's .45 inches thick => pocketable = love it.

4. Cheaper.

I currently have a sprint family plan. I know that we would have to get separate plans to take advantage of the sero plan, but it would be cheaper. We have completed one year of our current two year contract. How would we go about changing to the sero? ...Could we keep our same numbers? ...Would we have to purchase new phones?

Thanks

Actually, there a public email address you can use til 2/28: holiday@sprint.com. Also, there's a $150 Sprint that you're elligible for. So you make money after rebate. I'm going to get a $350 rebate because I bought the 700wx in Dec.

From the rebate form:

"Rebate total may not exceed the total purchase price of the phone"

I paid $299.99 for the phone in Dec, but I received my $350 check today for buying the Treo 700wx. I sent the $150 form in on 1/4. The $100 rebate was declined and I haven't heard from the $75 rebate yet (Sent in 1/19).

I think different phones and time of purchase have different rebate amounts.

i got the rebates - paid 299 in dec., filed for three bates, got a $350 check after being declined one of the duplicate holiday promotions, followed by a $75 one from Kelloggs.

7$ insurance, $30 plan, $6 in taxes, called in for 7pm nights, called in for free 500 txts (same call, with retention in first 30 days) ~43 for a nice nice plan and a 700wx.

just thought i'd report back and encourage others!

Start up with the other's name. Port numbers into verizon, cingular. Within 14 days, port back into sprint as sero. viola.

Trying to sign up, but I"m not seeing the Motorola Q as an option, only a couple of Treos. Has it been removed, or is it only available regionally via the SERO program?

InPhonics took the Q off for the time being. It should be back in a few days or weeks. This offer rocks. Moto Q for $99.99 with $150 rebate.

Yeah, the Q is out of stock for the time being so just check back in the next week or so.

Where is this $150 rebate you speak of?

Why do people want the Q when after rebate you can get a fully-functional 700wx/p for next to nothing? I'm just curious...

Yeah, I considered the 700p as well, since it would sync with the wife's Mac out of the box, but it really came down to size. If Sprint had the Treo 680, I probably would have gone with that.

Can't argue with the $150 price either, since she tends to break her phones every few months or so!

Can someone explain what this sprint Vision data plan is? I'd like to sign up with Sprint through this deal, and the phone I'd like is the Blackberry 8703e. Without this employee referral plan, I would need to add a blackberry data plan to a voice plan. I am curious if the data plan in this deal is the same thing as the blackberry data plan.

Can anyone who ordered a blackberry 8703e through this plan confirm this? Or can anyone clarify this for me?

Thanks

If you are within 15 days of activation, there is a referral program which grants both person a 25.00 debit card. You would need to dial #REF on your phone and enter the number of the person whom referred you. If you need a number don't hesitate to pm me and I would help you =).

Quick question. I have cingular now and my contract isn't over for couple of months. But I want to lock in the Sprint Sero rate- never know when they going to stop this plan or take out the goodies (unlimited internet) out of it. Will I be able to port my cingular number to an existing sprint account and get rid of that new number?
