I apologize if this is somewhere in the 50+ pages, but I couldnt find it.

I've been on this plan for a year now (shows how long this thread has been active LOL) and want to upgrade my phone. The retail stores wont touch me due to the plan...any ideas how I can get an upgraded phone? I also checked online but it doesnt seem to want to give me any options...

Just call the SERO folks on the phone maybe they can help..........you can beg if you have to once you got a live tech.

I just got my phone. Sprint called me last night to confirm my plan details and I did indeed get 500 min/mo, unlim. N&W, unlimited web and email, .15 txt, etc. Bought the moto Q for $99 to boot.

This is a great deal.

Need some help.

Has anyone ever gotten a phone upgrade with Sero? My 650 is busted and I am eligible for a $75 upgrade, sorta. It says you need to have a $34.99 or higher plan.

I called and they said go to the store and see if you can get it. If they say no, I will have to pay out the ass for a phone.

Any ideas?

My $150 rebate is $350 on the Sprint site and the phone only cost me $250! Plus the Kellogs rebate $75. I made $175 by getting a Treo, i'm still in shock

Don't forget the "refer a friend" deal for $25 more (dial #733 on your Sprint cell, and have a friends Sprint cell number handy). You only have 15 days after getting your new phone to do this!

I am having trouble getting my Kellogs rebate: this is the third (!!!!) time sprint tells me to fax the rebate over because they never received the original. lol

Wow, I went with the sero plan on December 9th of 2006 and put in the rebate a week or so after I had received the phone. I JUST now got the $350 rebate in the mail.... I never thought I would have gotten it considering 16 weeks passed...
