Can't tell on sprintrebates.com which of my rebates werre declined. Both rebates say dad's and grads 2007. Is this the $100 rebate for the phone itself? I did submit it twice, once through the mail and once via fax. Wanted to make sure I;d get it that way, no excuses. But as I have asked before there is no way to check on the $75 Kellogg's rebate. Where does one check the status of that rebate?

I submitted it via fax first because I never thought I received the proper sales receipt through the Sprint order department when I received my phone. I submitted it anyways. Then after a 6 hour ordeal on the phone with Sprint I was finally answered thats the green packing slip WAS the receipt even though there was no price listed for the phone that was purchased. So I sent in this rebate with the MIR card that I had to get from the Sprint store as I never received any MIR form with my phone. I wanted to guarantee I wouldn't get screwed out of a rebate so this was my insurance of at least one going through.

My issue is the Kellog's rebate isn't showing up on that site but I wouldn't think it would. Does anyone remember where to check rebate status on the Kellog's rebate. I don't rewcall on the PDF form it saying to check on sprint rebates.com, even though a poster on here said thats where it will be but I doubt it.

I wanted to change my phone...since my order was still 'in progress'...was able to cancel it and reorder. Just sharing this in case others are in the same situation....

Here's a super fast direct number 1866-860-6241. I've called here abt 4-6 times. Wait time has been none to say 2-3 mins....so this is a great number. And even if they need to transfer you to other deptts....it happens faster than all those other numbers.

If a rep says it cant be cancelled...just tell em to manage somehow or speak with another rep...the second rep i spoke to was able to cancel it...but later when i checked it hadnt happened ...called again....took a while, but was finally cancelled...one rep even offered 50$ credit (25 off first 2 months....) bit since I was able to use the URANG code....I won't bug em about enforcing it.

Once this was done...I just went ahead and reordered...so things look good as of now.
Thanks to everyone for their help here.

Also, the lady told me phone orders take about 5-7 days, and online about 7-9...just FYI.....but I dunno if you can use the 50$ codes over the phone...

Question: if one purchases a mobile broadband card with the SERO plan how do you go about getting the $25 referral if you can't dial #733 (as it's a card not a phone)?

Take note everyone. While some seem to be getting honest deals, Sprint is not holding to their deals with many of us.

I had the same problem so watch your bills. I signed up in June when they had unlimited free txt and they didn't add it to my plan. I had to call and add it back on. My usage page still shows 6 text messages from before they added it, and I'll have to see if the next bill charges me for them.

The SERO order page now says free txt until 9/29/07, so anybody signing up now, don't forget to ask for it.

Just tried the SERO and got the message that "This plan has been terminated. Please try www.Sprint.com".

EEEEKK!!!

Help, someone prove this wrong.......

OK - done! Just don't use savings@sprint.com for the e-mail address on the front page of www.sprint.com/sero. Use a real employee's e-mail address. I tried the CEO's e-mail address and was able to view the plans just like before.

Thanks folks and what a relief. (My home number is not yet ported over from S/R to the new 755P and I keep checking sometimes in panic.)

So I checked my account from the phone and discovered that in spite of being promised unlimited texting when I signed up I was being charged for it. So I called and after threatening to quit, I was finally put on the line with someone useful (1+ hour) I got texting added. They also had to add the $100 credit I was promised for the phone (price was $130 instead of $30 because they said the system wouldn't allow a full discount).

Overall switching my service was a huge pain in the ass and Sprint's customer service is just the worst thing I've ever experienced. Fortunately the plan is worth it, but for awhile I was regretting the change.

yeah, their CS needs some work. they also seem to have a bad reception. i called them on a landline and i can barely hear them sometimes.

I just checked my plan online and it says I have a "seasonal plan" or something like that. 5.95 with .75 a minute!! I ordered the sero plan on last friday. Whats going on I wonder? Guess I'll have to call them.

EDIT: I called this morning and got my plan switched over in about 10 minutes. Also got the unlimited text messaging added. Woot!

Siva it makes it seem like they try the bait and switch on people and if they don't look at their bills they prefer charging you more or not giving the discounts they promised when ordering a phone/plan. Glad it worked out for you though.

1-866-250-2221 is the number I called. Not sure what its for as I found it in another forum. That person said they had the same issue as me and got theirs switched in about 5 minutes or something. I figured if it worked for them... lol

Checked my rebate status and the Kellog's rebate was approved. Not so sure about the $100 Sprint rebate. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Just got my $100 sprint rebate.. looks like they deleted the Kellogs rebate from the Rebate status check.. It said approved a few weeks ago

Can I call them? How do I prove that I sent it in? thanks!

Just FYI, got an email at work (it hasn't been posted to sprint.com/sero yet) but Sprint has continued Unlimited Text Messaging for new SERO accounts through Sept 29th
