As a senior member with 300+ posts, you should know very well that this type of I Wanna posts are not allowed in the main forum. How would you like it if one day you come to the hot deals forum and all you see are threads like "any good deals on LCD?" , "any good deals on hard disks?", "any good deals on notebooks?" etc. I bet you would quit reading this forum very soon if that happens. Just MHO. No flames please.

I'm sorry, this thread just wouldn't die. It keeps coming back up. Let's let it go.....last post.

You're right this is the "Hot Deals" forum. If you're not going to post a hot deal, take your own advice and get the fvck out.
BTW: Haven't needed one in over 5 years so I'm not too concerned.

Gee lets see.... VAG has once again resorted to vulgarity in order to flame someone in an attemp to establish himself as the Grand Wizard of Computerdom. Stop trying to pacify your insecurities by bashing others....Just think one more post and you will have exceeded 1000 posts. WOW. If you don't believe me search on your own posts and see how much time and bandwith you waste flaming others! As my grandmother used to say if you don't have anything good to say then shut the....

I'm glad see that my post touched your life so deeply that you choose to reply to it after 1 1/2 years of silence. As I've only said once........Tell your grandmother she can take out her dentures and go to work. I'll give you a task to work on as well, do a search and find every instance of my vulgarity and report back.

You can get a floppy for about 7.00 shipped [new].
This is the wrong forum for this, but i cant see that any animated words on my part will help to show your error, and i too feel that i have seen a lot of the tasteless rude remarks posted by others, to let someone know that their posts were not up to their exceptional standards.

Do some research here, pay attention to Shipping costs!

If your so damn cheap you don't want to spend $12.99 you should get some free after rebate CD's and learn how to slipstream the 3rd party drivers into an XP install disc. That's of course if you aren't too cheap to own a CD writer.

I've seen the CD-writers for free after rebate too...

You need to do a little research buddy. The slipstreaming of RAID/SATA drivers is far from an exact science as of this point. It works for some people and some systems, but it does not work for all. IIRC, Ghost also has an issue where it needs a floppy for the initial backup of a system.

I don't need to do any research, if you can't figure it out it's your problem not mine.
