Dead Like Me - just finished it, any television suggestions?

found it randomly on hulu, had never heard of it and watched the 2 seasons over the last few weeks.

I love quirky series like it, and was happy with it.
Now, I'll watch just about anything if I like the idea of the story, it doesn't have to be very good, I just enjoy seeing a writer expand on an idea and play with it. That being said, the movie was TERRIBLE, they did a terrible job with almost everything, I was so bothered I had to turn it off. THAT BAD. blech, it left such a bad taste I felt the need to publicly complain, thanks for listnening

Anyway, any series I should check out.
I love to watch a series all the way through...

Dead Like Me was an AWESOME series, but yeah, the movie was pretty darn bad. No Rube and a new actress playing Daisy made it horrible.

You could try Lexx. It's both hilariously awful and absolutely brilliant at the same time.

Dexter (IMO has the same style as Dead Like Me, first person narrative, quirky yet dark, etc)

i bought the DVD sets for dead like me, great series. i was really hoping the movie was just to reintroduce the show with a new rube, but the movie wasnt as good as i had hoped.

i have gotten sucked into true blood lately. pretty good show most of the time.

Pushing Daisies, but the series got cancelled and the ending is a cliff hanger.

I watched the series a (Dead Like Me) while back, but I just happened to watch the movie last night. I agree, it wasn't very good.

I avoided Six Feet Under for years, then picked up the DVDs and ended up watching it in short order. Not the quirky feel of DLM, Pushing Daisies though

Had no idea they made a movie. Loved the series when it was on.
