I think that's on all their newest drives. The last 4 Maxtor and WD drives I've bought (in the last week) all have 3-year warranties. (Staples, CompUSA and Best Buy)

drives made after oct. 1 are 1 yr...but there are still plentyt of drives out there that have been made before and not sold yet.

I found that if I create a new favorite list now, it's already Nov 17, does that mean the order generated will also be Nov 17? Also as the $10 is instant rebate, are we expecting the online price to be adjusted by $10; or the $10 is in-store only, which means the online price will remain $110?

Even if there wasn't 10 instant or 30 mail in...110-30 is not that great, but 80-20 is a little better, 60-20 is pretty good (if the second 20 mail in goes through)...so, not a total loss. Some people were going to get the drive at full price, so, for them especially, the other rebates'd help...

On the other hand, I do want there to be a 10 instant and 30 mail in
