It appears it may be dead after overselling, at least for the 360 version of MLB 2K11. I just got an email from Modells saying that my order was cancelled. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Good news for those who ordered 1 copy, seems Modells is contacting those whose orders were canceled and will be honoring them after all. I got an email from them this morning with a personal code to reorder it, includes free standard shipping.

Looks like they are taking the right idea and correcting a pretty bad PR mistake. :thumbsup:

If you happened to place your order and not receive an email, like me, you can call their customer service # on the original order email and press #2 to place an order. Explain the situation that people are getting code for an new one and they can fulfill your order over the phone.

They said since I paid via PayPal, they did not have my email address to sent the email to. But since they were able to send me the original order email and the cancelled email, they must have my email address...
