[DEAD] NERO 6 Ultra Edition OEM $8.95 Shipped (Is this for real this time?)

Here it is. Read the reviews and decide for yourself if this is legit. There have been many "NERO deals" in the past that didn't pan out. I pass this along only because I found it and there always seems to be a lot of interest in this title...

Looks like prior versions of the seller's comments said it includes "Nero 6 Express," but the "Express" was edited out of the most recent description.

there's no way this is legit. just like none of the other Nero deals were.

beware of these OEM cd's for Nero and Roxio. they're usually the ones that came bundled with OEM CDRW drives and the software is limited to only supporting the drive it came bundled with. unless you have the same burner the OEM CD was meant for, you're not going to be able to use the software.

I hate to be redundant but This is the ultra edition that is about $80.00 for retail everywhere else or is the Slimmed down version nero express version. Thank you for your help.

For less than $9, why not give it a try and see if it all works out? Use a good credit card and if it doesn't work out get the CC people to return the money. Not much risk.

I ordered a copy today. We'll see what comes in the mail?

Summary: I received the Nero 6 OEM cd in the mail and it came with the cd cover peeling in serveral spots. The cd cannot be read by my system. I sent a message twice to the vendor, but they have not responded. I am stuck with a bad CD. Let the buyer beware!

Summary: I received a poorly copied CD which was advertised as Nero OEM software. The serial number sticker was placed on the outside of the mailing sleeve with no identifier.

TheSoftwareYard's Response: The disk you recieved was not a copy, and the serial number "sticker" does not contain an identifier code.

received my copy in the mail today.
it is a cd in an envelope with the "serial code" on a sticker on the back. the cd is silkscreened with the "nero 6 ultra edition"
but....
it's silkscreened onto a cdr!!

Well that explains the peeling CD thing.

CD Labels usually don't survive shipping if it goes through extreme temps.

You paid for a CDR, ie same as throwing money in toilet and downloading bootleg files and keygen software.
