it's weird how we all signed up and installed together, but some of us were forgotten my Microsoft?

if you received an email to say it had been shipped but didn't receive it, then reply to the email, and they will send u out another copy. had my friend do that when she didn't get her office 2007 disk

I never heard from them again.

Just tried emailing , that no product was received, but got the automated response again.

Same here. I actually got an email in Feb saying that my computer was not sending data, probably a firewall issue. So I fixed that and they said if it still wasn't sending data they would let me know so I assume it's sending data just fine...

But I have not heard anything about my free copy of Vista. Nothing at all. Is there some where we can contact about this?

Me too, same exact situation, never heard a peep back. We're not going to get anything, there was an FAQ that said all the copies were already shipped and if you didn't get yours you are SOL.

I emailed them and got an automated reply with a FAQ, it says "if you didn't receive your gift email ....." so I guess we'll see what happens whenever they get around to answering my email...

Hey guys, wanted to give an update. While I never did get a response to my email, I did get another email from them today telling me that they were shipping my Vista on their September shipment so I should have it in the next couple of weeks.

So there is hope for those of us who were having connection issues that were later resolved. I hope the rest of you guys get yours.

How is the research conducted?

In exchange for filling out our short surveys and leaving the tool installed for 6 months, you will be included in 3 draws (one per survey completed) for a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate.*

I received 2 separate "gifts" of Vista (each one contained 1-32 bit and 1-64 bit) for the feedback panel project, but just being entered in a drawing isn't enticement enough for me to participate in this one.

Got the survey link last week. Also, if anybody signed up for the windows 7 beta, check the email account you registered the software under. last week i got an email asking again to install the software to get 2 copies of vista, or 1 copy of office.

well I signed up for this last year. I dl and install the sofware. Forgot about it.
Last week I get a think you note about this program. BUT I have never received any compensation.

I received the "take a pick of any of these 3" email for doing the survey. My wife received the prizes email.

Not sure what their criteria was, I did have the WEP software installed on my laptop continuously since the original Vista deal. It could also be based on some of your previous questionnaire responses. The surveys seem to be focus group-type questions about specific use habits, tendencies and interests with regard to new technologies.

I got the survey and was able to pick Office 2007.

Nice! My take so far on this "deal" is Vista32, Vista64 ,and now Office 2007. Deal of the year if you ask me. My time spent on this whole thing to get all three products is less than 20 minutes!

i never did get my copy of vista. haven't gotten an email reply from them since emailing last week either.

I am not receiving any of these emails even though I did the program and got the gift last time.

This whole program has been strange from the get go. My wife and I both participated. A good amount of time went by and we finally got an email that they weren't receiving data from either of us. Then all of a sudden we got the email that we both satisfied their requirements and both of us got Windows Vista. Both of us have left the feedback program running this whole time, and last week is the FIRST time either of us ever received a survey.
