Very smart thing to do.......because as they said, wait until you receive your product "so that we can resend it to you in case you don?t receive it."

Bet there are going to be a LOT of lost product floating around out there....damned postal thieves and kids!

I might as well keep it installed for a couple of more weeks(march 30) for a chance to win,you never know.

I doubt it, the rewards ship in a nondescript padded manila envelope. I don't think they even show they're from MS. Now if they shipped in a Netflix or BB envelope then you'd have reason to worry LOL!

no kidding. I probably turned on the laptop that has it installed 2 times during the 3 month period. This is almost easier than the time I got XP for free for attending an MS talk at my University.

You could always try emailing them. I didn't get an email exactly when my three months was up, at least according to the date of my registration confirmation email. I emailed them about it, and got an email confirming they're about to ship my copy of Vista.

Is the software mailed with USPS delivery confirmation?

Not that I'd scam Microsoft but I'd be willing to bet if you claim your disc got lost in the mail they'll send out another with the same product ID/key code.

i filled out the initial survey, and nothing since, and i got my confirmation email this week
